Sinigang sa Miso is one my favorite Pinoy Food. This short clip will teach you on how to cook sinigang sa miso the easy way.

The Ingredients
- Radish
- Onion
- Tomatoes
- Okra
- Green Pepper
- Mustard Green
- Miso Mix
- Yellow Fin Tuna (Tambakol)
- Sinigang Mix
The How to
- sautee onion and tomato
- add the miso paste
- add some water and mix to dissolve miso
- Put in radish and cover for 5 minutes
- Once radish is tender, put in the okra
- Add the fish
- Let it simmer for 5 mins
- Season with salt for taste. Cover for 2-3 minutes
- Put in green pepper
- Add the Sinigang Mix ( amount will depend on your taste ).Leave for 3 minutes
- Add mustard green leaves and let it simmer for 3 minutes
- Serve and Enjoy while hot 🙂
