Asadong Manok Kapampangan Style, one of my favourite Pampanga dish.
The first time I tried it was when a good friend brought this as a pasalubong from Pinas. Her Mom cooks a lot of really delicious dishes and we always enjoy her cooking when she comes here for staycation.
Last February,she brought me this ‘magic’ herb only found in Pampanga so I can cook this dish, her way. Finally cooking this for my 2k followers. I marinated this chicken last Wednesday as Tita mentioned it is highly recommended.
