Truffle Oil Pasta with Spanish Sardines
Give your past a unique taste by adding in a few drizzles of truffle oil and you’ll be amazed how lovely is the aroma.
Ingredients:
- 450 g Linguine pasta
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 120 g Spanish sardines ( remove fishbone)
- 4 cloves finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 c pitted black olives (sliced)
- dried parsley,basil, chilli flakes and Italian herbs
- Truffle oil (2-3 drizzles)
- 2 tsp capers
- Salt
- Pepper
