Modified KBL (Kadyos,Baboy ,Langka)
Using munggo to replace kadyos, sinigang mix instead of batwan and pork ribs.
I tried this once when a colleague offered during our lunch break, which reminded me of a similar dish in our province. From then on I loved this. Nagcrave ako bigla. And since I cannot find kadyos even at any Pinoy store here, I used alternative ingredients.
I like to eat it on its own.
Not the the real thing,but will do for now.
