When in Singapore – Stir Fried Noodles with Spinach and Scrambled Eggs

Meatless Tuesday!

  • Scramble 3 eggs, set aside.
  • On the same wok, sauté onion and garlic until aromatic.
  • Add noodles of your choice, 1/4 cup water cook for 2mins , then stir with your special sauce, put the spinach and finally scrambled eggs.

    Sauce:
    – ssamjang or gochujang paste
    – LKK light soy sauce
    – sesame oil
    – oyster sauce
    – sugar
    – water
