Going Japanese with Saba Bento Meal

Going Japanese
Saba bento set for dinner.

I was craving for miso soup the other day. So happy that I have somehow achieved the miso taste of the soup.

Do you know why they call it BENTO?

Bento (弁当, bentō) is a single-portion take-out or home-packed meal common in Japanese, Taiwanese, and Korean cuisines and other Asian cultures where rice is the main staple food. A traditional bento holds rice or noodles, fish or meat, with pickled and cooked vegetables, in a box.
