Here’s another easy recipe to level up your usual fried banana.
The How to:
- Cut banana into half, brush tops with maple,nutmeg (just put a pinch) & cinnamon. I used grill pan to achieve char marks,to make it more appealing and appetizing.Alternatively, you can also use non stick pan.
- Cook 3 to 4 mins on each sides.
- Top with vanilla ice cream, or any flavour of your choice.
- For additional texture, you can top it with walnuts or cashew nuts.
They say save some room for dessert.
