Turon with dark chocolate ganache.
I didn’t add any sugar when I fried it so it won’t be too sweet and the dark chocolate was a bomb.
Perfect with my black coffee.
*****(Turon is a Philippine snack, made with thinly sliced banana rolled in spring roll wrapper usually dusted with sugar and fried)
