Pinoy Food – Ube Halaya, Latik and Latik Syrup

Have you ever heard of Biko Cups?

I made three toppings:
*Ube Halaya
*Latik
*Latik Syrup

One of my favourite kakanin and it’s always present in any occasions sa probinsya. Mas sikat sa Marinduque as ‘sinukmani’. Honestly mas pipiliin ko ‘to kainin kesa sa cake.
Gusto ko lang ishare , I made this baked biko cups for my sisters’ birthday last August, in three flavors and since I’m not a sweet tooth, all sugar level were adjusted accordingly, including the halaya.

These biko cups are easy to grab and just take bite. Now I’m craving for this again.
