I came accross this recipe from @hotthaikitchen which is similar to our version of maruya, the only difference is the use of rice flour instead of APF with the addition of shredded coconut (kinayod na niyog) and sesame seeds in the batter. I certainly loved the crispiness and the nutty taste of coconut & sesame altogether. Thanks
