I don’t mind eating mango sticky rice in the morning. The supermarket is still beaming with mangos and I fancy this Thai dessert, so I finally gave it a try. And it was amazingly good! 😆

Where did Mango Sticky Rice come from?
Mango sticky rice is a traditional Thai dessert made with glutinous rice, fresh mango and coconut milk, and eaten with a spoon or sometimes the hands.
