You can’t go wrong in frying sardines if you want the fish to be intact and a little bit of crisp on the skin.

The good:
This food is low in Sodium. It is also a good source of Vitamin B6, Phosphorus and Selenium, and a very good source of Protein, Niacin and Vitamin B12.

The bad:
This food is high in Cholesterol.
