Nilupak na saging or back home we call simply niyubak.(pounded boiled unripe banana)
I know na most of the nilupak version is using cassava, sa Tagalog region, we have saging version. Mas madalas gawin kapag maraming natumbang saging kapag bumagyo.
You won’t believe it if I tell you that I used my small marble mortal and pestle just so, I can come up with this.ðŸ˜‰
